How to prepare:

• Bring water to a boil
• Remove from heat
• Add Cacao
• Stir the Cacao to melt it, sing to it or speak intentions ~ put energy into the process
• Add spices, flowers, herbs, and a natural sweetener if you’d like!
• Sit in your favorite spot, with your favorite mug, tune in & enjoy 

Communication with Cacao:

As soon as you open your bag of cacao and smell the aroma, the communication has begun. This plant spirit and your preparation process is an exchange of information and energy between you and cacao. Be intentional, listen to what is present in your mind and heart and the feelings that arise during the whole process. Speak to your cacao like a dear teacher or friend when you are desiring to create or manifest certain things. When you are seeking healing within the body, mind and spirit, speak to your cacao like the divine mother, father or child (cacao paste carries all 3 of these energies). This plant medicine will provide what you need when you approach with a loving and humble spirit. Open to the magic! We believe cacao is a portal between the earth, stars and the heart.
